To add your GP details in you will need to have your GP's email address. Most GP services will have a contact email on their website, if not, you can ring your GP and ask for one.
To start, head to the SemaPen Web-based app: Login β SemaPen App

Log in using the details you used to register, and with the password that was sent to you via email when you first joined.
Once you log in, head to my account at the bottom:
Next, scroll to the bottom where it should say GP Information, under payment methods:
Click on 'GP Contact Details'
Add your GP Practice Details and click 'update'
Your GP Details should now be submitted!
