What’s my order’s status?

❓ I have not yet received my order

If you have not yet received your order, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact the store directly where you made your purchase to request an update on the shipment.
    👉 Please note that orders are always managed by the seller, and Scalapay has neither control over nor visibility into the shipping process.

  2. If the store does not respond:

    • Please allow up to 15 days from the date of your contact.

    • Also check the delivery times indicated by the seller (T&Cs).

  3. After 15 days without a response:

    • Contact us by providing proof of your communication with the seller (e.g., e-mail or chat).

    • At that point, we will also try to reach out to the store for further information.

    • Once we receive your proof of contact, we will temporarily suspend your installments.
