❓ I have not yet received my order
If you have not yet received your order, here’s what to do:
Contact the store directly where you made your purchase to request an update on the shipment.
👉 Please note that orders are always managed by the seller, and Scalapay has neither control over nor visibility into the shipping process.
If the store does not respond:
Please allow up to 15 days from the date of your contact.
Also check the delivery times indicated by the seller (T&Cs).
After 15 days without a response:
Contact us by providing proof of your communication with the seller (e.g., e-mail or chat).
At that point, we will also try to reach out to the store for further information.
Once we receive your proof of contact, we will temporarily suspend your installments.
