What if your messages are not being sent or if you don't see new incoming messages?

If your browser tab was kept open for too long without any activity, chances are the page has gone static. And for security purposes, the connection to the page is disconnected.

To send/receive messages again, you could do one of the following:

  1. Refresh page

  2. Close tab and reopen tab

  3. Navigate out of the Inbox Center page and rejoin it
