Before you can use the app and access our life-changing programmes, you need to sign up.
Start by taking our online test. You’ll need a valid UK mobile number and a valid email address.
Follow the steps below to sign up:
1. Take our test
Follow the link here to take our test and see if you are eligible for the Roczen Core programme.
Alternatively follow the link here to take our test and see if you are eligible for Roczen Plus, our medication supported weight loss programme.
Complete either test by answering the questions to the best of your ability.
The test should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
2. Get your results
Enter your first name, last name and email address and tap Submit to view your results and continue the sign-up process.
Tap Join now once you have read your results.
3. Review Basket
This shows the programme you are subscribing to. Enter a coupon or referral code if you have one. All new subscribers will get a complimentary HbA1c test.
4. Create an account
View your order and Continue.
Finish creating your account by entering your phone number, date of birth and select a password.
Agree to our Consent to Treatment policy and tap Continue.
4. Finalise your details
Verify your phone number by entering the 6-digit code that we send to your device.
Finally, enter your shipping details as well as your billing details and tap Confirm Purchase.
5. Complete payment
Enter the shipping address for your free HbA1c test kit. Next, enter your payment card details. Note that you will be charged monthly unless you cancel.
6. Download the Roczen app & sign in for the first time
Download our app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Tap on “Sign in”. Enter the mobile phone number you used in Step 4 above and you’ll be sent a code for verification.
Next, enter the password you created in Step 4. You’ll also need to verify the email address you used in Step 4. Check your email inbox for the code. Do search your spam/junk folder too.
