Get going with new Applications

Read the article below to start-up and get going with our new portal gathering our Lookup and Monitoring services.

Log in as usual

Log in the same way you normally do using the same link as before. The difference is that you can now switch to the new experience by clicking "Try the new experience" in the top menu.

Explore the new portal where we've gathered our Applications

We have introduced a completely new and natural place to access our Application Services: Lookup and Monitoring. If your account or specific user does not have access to one of the services, you will only see the service you have access to, either Lookup or Monitoring.

Share your feedback through the new feedback module

We would love to hear your feedback through the new feedback module, which is available on all pages. You can always find it in the left-hand menu. There are four different options available when providing feedback on the new experience.

Please keep in mind that our primary focus has been on improving usability and introducing a new look and feel. Both the data and monitoring functionality contain the same features as before, but we are of course happy to receive suggestions on how we can improve those areas as well.

We are also happy to schedule meetings to discuss your feedback after you have had the opportunity to test the new experience for a couple of weeks.

Everything works as usual

As mentioned above, everything works as usual and you can use the service in much the same way as before. This means that all requests are charged as usual, and everything you have previously created in the service (primarily related to Monitoring) remains available and linked to your account.

The chat is available if you have questions

The chat is available if you have any questions or concerns, just as before. We prefer to receive general feedback through the feedback module, but simpler questions and any bug reports that require a quick response can also be submitted through the chat.
