Regularly updating master data in remberg from your central systems, such as ERP or CRM, is an important component in ensuring high master data quality in your organization and increasing user satisfaction. Using a standardized procedure, we make it possible to automatically exchange data from the most important applications with remberg on a regular basis. The cycles for this are defined together with you according to your business requirements and typically range from monthly to once a day. Your Customer Success contact person will support you with the successful implementation.
Requirements
To be able to use this standardized service, you must ensure the following requirements:
The data from your system can be provided regularly, in the format specified by remberg.
You can store the data automatically in the SFTP environment provided by
remberg.
To use the service, you provide the delta to the last data record. Complete data exports will not be accepted.
In the event of deviations from the standard, we reserve the right to charge you for additional costs incurred in the course of data processing in consultation with you.

Implementation
remberg provides credentials to an SFTP environment for the automatic storage of the files.
remberg provides the format requirements for the CSV files adapted to the customer-specific system configuration.
The customer creates CSV files meeting the format requirements for each data object - organizations, contacts, attachments, articles. These files are semantically checked by remberg and feedback is sent to the customer if requirements are not yet fulfilled.
As soon as all CSV files fulfill all requirements, they are (automatically) stored by the customer in the agreed cycle on the SFTP environment provided.
remberg automatically loads the provided data into the customer system in the agreed cycle.
The CSV files are then archived in the SFTP environment.
In the event of a technical error, e.g. incorrect file format, which prevents the automatic upload, you will be notified by us.
You will not be notified if individual data records within the CSV files cannot be successfully uploaded.
Service Level
The data you provide is processed automatically; manual correction by our Customer Success employees is no longer possible after uploading.
Quality assurance of the imported data only takes place at a technical level; semantic checks must be carried out by the customer.
The data provided is not transformed by remberg; any necessary conversions and cleansing must be carried out by the customer before uploading to the SFTP server.
The frequency of the automated data transfer is determined during the implementation. In addition to technical requirements, system capacities are also taken into account. The times for the upload are agreed with remberg.
