Transcripts and Media Exports are important functions that allow you to download the data you collected in a Recollective Study. You might want to have a master file to safeguard the data or simply perform additional analysis outside of the platform.
Accessible via the Study Admin menu, you will have the following Transcripts and Export options:
Activities Transcript: Provides you all of the participant response data from your Study's Activities
Discussions Transcript: Provides you all of the participant reply data from your Study's Discussions
Messages Transcript: Provides you all of the private messages between participants and Study Admins from your Study
Quantitative Data Export: Provides you an export of only the quantitative data with reference to your Study's Activities
Media Exports: Provides you an export of all the photo, audio, and video media respectively that have been collected from your Study
