Analysts may archive old or unused Segments to improve organization and workflow across their Recollective site, without losing historical data.
To archive multiple Segments, follow these steps:

📍 Go to Site Administration > Panelists > Segments
Select the Segments you would like to archive using the checkboxes to the left of each Segment name.
Click the Archive button that appears in the bulk action modal.

Note: Segments can be unarchived by navigating to the Archived tab and using the bulk action modal similar to the steps above.
Once Segments have been archived, you may delete them from your site entirely. It is important to note that deleted segments CANNOT be recovered.
To delete multiple Segments at once, follow these steps:

📍 Go to Site Administration > Panelists > Segments
Navigate to the Archived tab on the Segments page.
Select the Segments you would like to delete using the checkboxes to the left of each Segment name.
Click the ' Delete' button that appears in the bulk action modal
Another modal will appear, requiring you to type the word ' DELETE' and then select 'Delete X segments' to permanently delete them.
