Transcripts and Media Exports are important functions that allow you to download the data you collected in a Recollective Study. You might want to have a master file to safeguard the data or simply perform additional analysis outside of the platform.
Accessible via the Study Admin menu, you will have the following Transcripts and Export options:
Activities Transcript: Provides all participant response data from your Study’s Activities, including the text of video and audio transcripts
Discussions Transcript: Provides you all of the participant reply data from your Study's Discussions
Messages Transcript: Provides you all of the private messages between participants and Study Admins from your Study
Quantitative Data Export: Provides you an export of only the quantitative data with reference to your Study's Activities
Media Exports: Provides the photo, audio, and video files collected in your Study. These exports contain the media files, not transcript text.
Transcripts and exports for Live Video Interview and Live Group Chat Activities are accessed separately. See Live Activity Transcripts and Exports. Transcripts of video and audio responses submitted in standard Activity Tasks are included in the Activities Transcript.
