Unless otherwise specified by public policy provided for by the law of one of the territories provided for in Article 6 hereof, these GCUS are subject to French law. In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, XANDRIE adheres to the e-commerce mediator service of the FEVAD (Federation of e-commerce and distance selling), whose contact details are as follows: 60 rue de Boétie - 75008 Paris - www.mediateurfevad.fr. After a prior written request from consumers to XANDRIE, the mediation service can be consulted in relation to any outstanding consumer dispute. You can contact the Mediation Service via the e-mail address contact@fevad.com, or via their online contact form."

ln the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek a conciliation procedure before taking legal action. If no amicable agreement is reached between Xandrie SA and the Customer, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided in the legislation of the country of residence of the Customer.
