How long does it take to process a withdrawal?
Processing time from our end:
Most withdrawal requests are processed instantly
If additional verification checks are required, processing may take up to 12 hours
You will receive an email notification when your withdrawal has been approved and processed.
How long until funds reach my bank account?
After we process your withdrawal, it can take up to 5 banking days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Withdrawal wagering requirement
Important: Your deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw.
What this means: You must place bets totaling at least the amount of your deposit before a withdrawal can be processed
If requirement not met: The withdrawal will be returned to your account balance and you must complete the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal again.
Example: If you deposited 100 EUR, you must wager at least 100 EUR in total bets before you can withdraw any funds.
