Workspace office address

Every workspace in Prolific must have a workspace name and office address. These details should belong to the institution or individual funding the workspace.

If these details haven't been added yet, you'll be prompted to provide them before you can add funds to your account.

The workspace name and office address will appear on all documents generated from the workspace, including invoices, quotes, and receipts. Before saving these details, make sure the office address matches the billing address you want displayed on these documents.

Adding a workspace name and office address

Before updating your workspace details, make sure you're in the correct workspace. You can learn how to switch between workspaces here.

To add a workspace name and office address:

  1. Select ’Workspace Settings’ from the left-hand sidebar

2. Next to ’Organisation’, click ’Add’

3. Enter the name and office address of the institution or individual funding the workspace

4. Select ’Save address’

Important: Check that the workspace name and office address are correct before you start using the workspace. Once funds have been added to a workspace, these details can no longer be changed.
