Follow these steps to create a chart to start analyzing growing conditions:

  1. Go to any settings page and select the first tab, 'Charts'

  2. Click Add chart, then Create new chart to start from scratch. Alternatively, explore Priva chart templates by selecting 'Chart template' or pick a chart you've already created by selecting 'Saved chart'

  3. Enter a name for the new chart. Keep it generic, as this chart can be reused

  4. By default, the detail level is set to 'All details'. These data points will update in real time whenever a new measurement is received, such as the outside temperature. You can also select 'Per day' as the detail level. This allows you to add daily aggregations, such as 24-hour temperature, daily radiation sum, and daily RTR ratios, to a chart

  5. Click Next. Operator displays a list of all available data points at the site, regardless of the compartment and the CPC. Use the search field to find the data you want to see in the chart. For example, select ‘Greenhouse temperature’

  6. Confirm your selection by clicking Create chart. Operator will:

    • Add the ‘Greenhouse temperature’ of the current compartment to this chart

    • Add the same chart to all similar compartments

    • Add a Missing relations warning if the selected data is not part of the current compartment. See Solving missing relations

    • Show the chart on the left side of your screen. On the right side, you can switch between Legend, Details, and Setup

  7. Click Setup to customize the chart's appearance. See Customizing your chart for more information

Tip: You can reuse a chart you created previously by choosing Open saved chart instead of creating a new one. For example, a basic climate chart could be opened on all climate-related pages.
