All Due Diligence Statements (DDS) can be found bundled in the DDS Tab.
To access this tab, please select Compliance > EUDR and select the "DDS" tab.
Under the DDS tab you can find all Due Diligence Statements created by your company.
In the different columns you can see different DDS information as entered in the DDS itself.
How to export Due Diligence Statements
You can export the full DDS list to Excel directly in the DDS tab by clicking on "Export". The full list will be downloaded on your computer.
How to filter the Due Diligence Statements
In this tab you can filter based on:
DDS status
EU DDS reference number
Time frame of DDS creation
Activity type (Import, Export, Domestic Trade)
Product name
Purchase Order
Shipment Number
Other Reference
Product type
Product reference
The results will show accordingly on the Prewave platform.
