When a Patient Doesn’t Have a UK Mobile Number

If a patient is interested in finance but doesn’t have a mobile number - or doesn’t have a UK mobile number - here’s what to do

💡 How to help introduce the patient to finance

If the patient wants to apply for finance, there are two options:

  • They can contact us directly by email or phone:

    📞 07367 025255

  • Or, you can email us their details (name and contact information). We’ll get in touch with them and refer them to Zopa, who will help with the loan application.


🔒 Why Practi needs a unique phone number

Practi only supports one phone number per email address.
This means you can’t reuse the same number for another patient, if they have a different email.
This helps keep patient health and financial data secure.


🇬🇧 Why we only accept UK numbers

At the moment, we can only accept UK mobile numbers, as finance is only available to UK residents.
As we increase the payment options available to patients, this may change in the future. We’ll let you know if it does.
