Where can you pick up or drop off a Poppy at the airport?

Poppy cars are available at Brussels, Charleroi, and Antwerp airports. Here's exactly where to go and what to do at each location.

🅿️ Brussels Airport (Zaventem)

🔻 Drop-off:

  • Follow signs to “P1 Parking” from the E40 (stay left at the airport fork).

  • Enter P1, no ticket needed. Poppy's license plate is automatically recognized.

  • Go up to Level 3 and follow the yellow ‘Car Sharing’ signs.

  • Park only in designated car-sharing spots.

Please avoid car rental spaces. If car-sharing spots are full, park as close as possible to them.

🚗 Pick-up:

  • Head to P1, Level 3.

  • Locate your reserved Poppy and drive out.

  • Exit via Level 0, the barrier opens automatically with plate recognition.

💰 Fee:

€15 (applies for both pickup and drop-off)

🅿️ Charleroi Airport (Brussels South)

🔻 Drop-off:

  • Follow signs for “EXPRESS” parking.

  • Park in the Poppy-designated spaces.

🚗 Pick-up:

  • Go to the same EXPRESS parking zone.

  • Barrier should open automatically via license plate.

  • If not, press the call button, staff will assist.

💸 Fee:

€30 (applies for both pickup and drop-off)


🅿️ Antwerp Airport (Deurne)

🔻 Drop-off:

  • Follow signs to Indigo Premium Parking.

  • No ticket required, your Poppy is recognized automatically.

  • Park directly in front of the terminal in Poppy spots.

🚗 Pick-up:

  • Go to Indigo Premium Parking.

  • Find your Poppy right near the entrance.

  • Exit seamlessly thanks to plate recognition.

💸 Fee:

€5 (applies for both pickup and drop-off)

⚠️ Good to know:

  • The airport fee is applied when a trip starts or ends at the airport.

  • Passes don’t include these airport fees.

  • Always park in the car-sharing zones, not rental car areas.
