After a reminder: €35 + the full amount of the fine

🚗 Charges applied by Poppy
❌ Improper parking or parking in unauthorized locations
There are two ways we handle this:
Option 1: Handled by Poppy's internal operations team
€25 base fee
Relocation costs (depending on distance and type of intervention)
Parking ticket costs (if applicable)
Additional charges if Poppy needs to recover the vehicle:
€30/hour per staff member (always 2 staff members)
€0.80 per kilometer
Option 2: Handled by an external towing company
Based on the invoice from the towing company
Up to 3 days of storage fees (if the car remains at the towing depot)
€50 if a staff member needs to retrieve the car from the depot (not always required)
€20 administrative fee per towing incident
🧼 Cleaning fees
Minimum of €75, depending on the condition of the vehicle
€150 + possible towing costs (by Poppy or external company)
🔑 Lost or stolen key
(Only applies to Seat Arona and vans)
€50 admin fee
€350 for a new key
🌍 Using the vehicle in a non-authorized country
€200
🚫 Leaving the vehicle outside the Poppy Zone
Base fee: €25
Distance charge: €0.80/km
Time charge: €30/hour per staff member (min. 2)
€35 if the car needs to be towed internally (e.g., if not drivable)

🙏 Our operational team works hard to keep our cars safe, clean, and available for all users. Their work takes time and effort, so we kindly ask you to always end your trip inside a Poppy Zone in a clean state. In case of an issue, follow the instructions from our support agents.
ℹ️ Important info about charges & disputes
If your trip triggers a Safety Mode or a fine due to improper parking, you are responsible for the related costs.
All charges will be automatically debited from your bank account within 7 days after we notify you.
Don’t agree with a charge? Contact our support team via the in-app live chat within 7 calendar days. Make sure to provide all relevant evidence to support your claim. If we don’t hear from you within that period, we’ll consider the payment as accepted.
