Can you drive a Poppy outside Antwerp, Brussels or Belgium?

Yes, you can! Poppy allows you to drive to countries within the Schengen zone. A €10 fee is added to your trip when you cross outside Belgium. This one-time fee covers roadside assistance abroad.

  • Netherlands

  • Luxembourg

  • France

  • Germany

⚠️ Important:

  • The €10 fee is charged once per trip, no matter how many borders you cross.

  • You can pause your trip abroad, but you must end it in a Poppy zone.

  • Outside the Poppy zone parking is at your own expense.

  • Driving in unauthorized countries may lead to a fine.

  • Driving to the United Kingdom is not allowed due to insurance and operational restrictions.

🚗 Can you drive between cities with a Poppy?

Yes! You can start your trip in one Poppy zone and drop the car off in another Poppy zone, at no extra cost.

Available cities and zones:

  • Antwerp

  • Brussels

Supported airports:

  • Brussels Airport (Zaventem)

  • Brussels South Charleroi Airport

  • Antwerp International Airport

⚠️ Important:

  • Vans have a fixed zone, so your trip must end in the same area.

  • In Brussels, van parking spots are predefined, check the app.
