We’ve introduced a new method to calculate emissions related to the movement of goods through logistics hubs during upstream and downstream distribution. The Logistic hubs: Average data method allows you to estimate emissions based on data such as:

  • Mass or area of goods transported

  • Type of freight used

  • Logistic hub type

  • Temperature control requirements

This method provides a more accurate approach to assessing emissions from distribution, helping you improve the quality of your supply chain emissions reporting.
