A conversion factor is a representative value used to convert business activity data into CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent) emissions (typically in kilograms). These factors are specific to countries, time periods, and sometimes individual customers.

You can export an Excel file from the Report emissions tab to find detailed information about the conversion factors used in your emission calculations.
