During your Plan A journey it can be important to understand your team's activity. Do you need to check if data has been uploaded before a deadline? Investigate a potential double-counting issue? Or understand a sudden change in emissions? Our Activity log provides you with a comprehensive overview of your teammates' on-platform actions.
In the Activity log, you can see a record of your data collection actions to date. For example, you can see what files have been uploaded and downloaded and what attachments have been added and deleted. Each action is timestamped so you can see exactly when the change occurred. If you want an overview of all the actions related to a particular file, you can search for the file name directly in the search bar. Our filters also allow you to view all actions from a specific period.
How can I view files and attachments?
To view files and attachments, navigate to the Collect and update tab. Click on the category you wish to view and select 'see uploaded data'. From there, you will see all of the files and attachments that are related to that category.
