Logging in with your company domain – what it is, how to find it, and what to do if the reminder email doesn’t arrive.

Your company domain helps you get to the right Perkbox login page – it’s the part of the URL that’s unique to your organisation. Here’s how it works and what to do if you’re not sure what yours is.


What is a company domain?

Your company domain is the part before .perkbox.com.


For example, if the address bar shows https://companydomain.perkbox.com, your company domain is companydomain.

It’s usually your company name or an abbreviation.

If you’re not sure, head to our domain reminder page and enter the email linked to your Perkbox account – we’ll send the correct domain to your inbox.

I haven’t received the reminder email

First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from Perkbox – messages can land there.

If nothing arrives after requesting the reminder, it likely means there’s no Perkbox account associated with the email you entered. You can:

  • Try another work email that might have been used when your account was created – for example, a different company alias.

  • Ask your internal Perkbox administrator to confirm which email is on your account – this is usually someone in HR or management.

Another possibility is that you haven’t been set up with a Perkbox account yet. Our team can’t create accounts, as access is managed by your company. Please contact your Perkbox administrator to request an account.
