When do you need this?
When you want to delegate pre-registration responsibilities to your partners (both for visitor management as for flows not captured with TMS or ERP such as recycling & waste flow)
Main idea
Provide the planner of a partner organization or a subcontractor a login of Peripass, with which he/she can pre-register and manage his/her own visitors.
The partner will be restricted to creating visitors of limited profiles.
The partner will be restricted to only editing fields of visitors they created themselves. Manipulating statusses other than Expected and Blocked is also not allowed.
The partner can print the e-tickets for their employees if the technicians for example are not comfortable using the digital e-tickets.
Won’t do
Having quota on the amount of visitors that are allowed to be created
Merging duplicate visitors, in case the same person was created by different partners (which can happen, since they cannot see each other visitors).
