How do I preregister at the SWT?

This is a preregistration of transport information required for German Ports. There is no fixed time slot, so you will not be turned away if you arrive at a different time.

How to create a slot:

  1. Open the app and tap “Terminals” at the bottom.

  2. Select C. Steinweg (SWT) as the terminal.

  3. Tap Check-In -> Create preregistration.

  4. Enter the required information:
    a. Transport direction (Terminal IN or OUT)
    b. License plate number
    c. Transport company
    d. Container number or tour plan (only one of them is required)

  5. Review the summary and tap Finish Preannouncement to confirm.

  6. Once you arrive at the terminal, press Start truck visit.
