What Happens If the VAT ID Does Not Match German Ports?

f the VAT ID in passify does not match the one registered with German Ports:

  • Synchronisation will fail

  • Your company cannot be linked to terminals

To resolve this issue:

  1. Update the correct VAT ID

  2. Run a manual sync or wait for the next automatic synchronisation

Once corrected, passify will automatically re-synchronise your company data.
