The connection between your trucking company and German Ports is done through VAT ID verification.
When your company registers in passify:
The system checks the VAT ID provided during registration
The VAT ID must match the one registered with German Ports
Once validated, passify retrieves your German Ports IDs
These IDs are shared with the relevant terminal systems
A trucking company may have multiple German Ports IDs, which are all synchronised automatically.
