Navigating the Trucking Company Portal
Once registered, you will see the side menu of the Trucking Company Portal. The main sections include:
A. Driver List
Confirmed Drivers: Drivers who have already been approved and assigned to your company
Driver Requests: Incoming driver access requests awaiting approval. You can accept requests directly under “Action.”
To learn how to add drivers yourself, please see the article “How can I link a driver to my company?”
You can also perform the following actions:
Edit driver data
Remove a driver from the list
Enable slot merging and slot splitting for drivers (availability depends on the settings of the respective terminal)
These functions can be found by scrolling to the far right of the driver list and clicking the three-dot menu.
B. Slots
Slot Booking: Book new terminal slots for your drivers. For more details, see the article “How can I book a slot for my driver?”
Slot List: Overview of all booked slots
Transaction List: Overview of all past slots and their corresponding data
Slot Utilization: Overview of slot usage and capacity for each terminal. You can select a specific terminal in the top right corner to see which slots are still available for booking.
Company-wide slot settings can be managed under “Settings.”
C. User Management
Manage portal users within your company. You can invite additional colleagues to use the portal via the “Invite User” button. They will automatically be added as “Users,” allowing them to perform all essential functions.

D. Settings
Configure company-related settings, such as slot settings and synchronization with German Ports.
E. My Profile
Change the portal language. The portal is currently available in German, English, Romanian, and Spanish.
You can also update your address. If you wish to change your name or VAT ID, please contact support@passifyapp.de.
F. Help Center
Access the support help center for assistance.
G. Terminal Overview
View the terminals available to your company. For private or restricted access terminals, you can request access via the “Action” option on the right.
What you can do after registration
After completing registration, freight forwarding companies can:
Add and manage drivers
Book and monitor terminal slots
Purchase and manage GoKeys (A GoKey is a digital access key required for entry to terminals in Hamburg, Germany. It is not required for TTI Algeciras.)
Manage users and company settings
Note:
For TTI Algeciras, only the slot booking and driver management sections are relevant. A GoKey is not required.
