1. Click on “Slot Booking” in the menu on the left.
2. Select the terminal and then click on add transaction.
3. Fill in the details of the transport and then click on add.
Please note: It is also possible to add more then one transaction. Out slots can only be booked when we have an order or information about the unit coming in or when the unit is already at the terminal.
4. Add the timeslot for when the trucker is expected. It is possible to assign the trucker to the slot. Click on add at the top right of your screen to book the slot.
Please note: You can find an overview of all the booked slots at the slot list.
