How can I get access to the Trucking Company Portal?

  1. Open your browser and go to:
https://truck.passifyapp.de

  2. On the login page, select “Register here” if you are accessing the portal for the first time.

  3. Complete the registration form by providing the required information, including:

  • Company name

  • Company address

  • VAT ID

  • Personal contact details (name and email address)

    4. You will receive an email containing a link to create your password.

    5. Once your password has been created, you can log in using your email address and password.

    Please note:
The first registered user is usually set as the admin person for the trucking company. Additional users can be added via the “User Management” page by selecting the “Invite User” option.
