It's not possible to scan the QR code, what should I do?

If you have problems scanning the QR code at the terminal, you can also enter the code manually in the app and continue at the gate.

If you get an error message on your screen, please go to the Terminal Office so they can help you.

If a QR code is missing from the terminal, please let the terminal staff know.

If you still have problems, please contact us via our support chat in the app or at support@passifyapp.de.
