Your account is blocked in the following cases:
1. You have now created a second account with the same document. In this case, your second account will be blocked so that you can continue to use your first account.
2. If you have entered your password incorrectly four times, your account is attempt-blocked. In this case, you can simply reset your password so that you can continue to use your account.
If you have entered your PIN incorrectly several times, you are blocked for terminal check-in. In this case, please go to the terminal office with your trucker card so that they can unblock you for check-in. You can then simply reset your pin so that you can continue to use your account.
