To register, you first need to download the app to a compatible smartphone. Registration is essentially divided into three parts:
1. General information
First, you must enter your valid e-mail address and telephone number as well as your transport company. Then you set up a password. We will then send you an email with a code to activate your account and verify your email address.
2. Verification of identity
After registering, you will be asked to verify your identity with our partner IDnow using a valid ID document. You can use your passport, ID card, driver's license or residence permit for this.
Please note: You are still obliged to ALWAYS carry a valid ID document.
3. Biometrics or passify pin
Set a passify PIN.
To check in at a terminal, you will be asked to enter this PIN. If facial recognition or fingerprint recognition is set up on your smartphone, this can also be used.
