I have forgotten my password or would like to change it. How does that work?

If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, you can easily reset it.

1. On the log-in page you will find the option “Reset password” under the password line. Click on this button.
2. Now you can enter a new password. Enter it a second time.
Important: The password must contain at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number and one special character (special characters are ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + \ | [ ] { } ; : / ? . >)
Important: The two passwords must match.
3. Confirm the password.
4. Enter the four-digit one-time password (OTP) that was sent to the e-mail address you used. Please make sure that you use the last OTP code that was sent to you.
5. Enter the OTP code.
Important: You do not need to remember the OTP code as it is only used to confirm your identity in order to change your password.
