Are you on site at the facility or terminal? Then select the facilities or terminal in the app that you want to use. Follow the instructions on your smartphone. passify will tell you exactly how to check in and board.
If you have a verified account on passify, you can go select the terminal you want to enter and accept the terms and conditions of the terminal. If you have approved your location for passify, the nearest terminal will be suggested to you, which you can select and then start the check-in process. To ensure your security and that of the terminal, passify will ask you for several pieces of information that will give you quick access to the respective terminal.
1. Location check:
Passify checks your location, so it is important that your location settings are activated and that passify has access to your location. Make sure you are outside the terminal when you are trying to check-in.
2. Biometrics or passify PIN:
Depending on whether your smartphone has biometric data (facial recognition or fingerprint) set up, this will be required to enter the terminal. Alternatively, you can enter your passify PIN.
Please note: It's recommended having a biometric data (facial, recognition or fingerprint) set up makes the process faster at the terminal as you don't have to manually enter or remember your email and password.
3. QR code scan of the individual stations:
There are QR codes to scan at each of the following stations. Simply follow the instructions on your smartphone.
