My check-in for a system or terminal is not working, what can I do?

If you have problems checking in, close the app and restart it. If there are still problems, delete the app and download it again or update it in the Appstore or Playstore.

To be able to check in to the terminal, please also make sure that you have completed the following steps in the app:

1. You have accepted the terms and conditions of the terminal.

2. For HHLA-terminals: You have a valid GoKey. If you do not have one, you can buy one yourself via the app or ask your transport company if they can buy one for you.
