You have two options here:
Option 1: You can check your e-mail inbox to see if you have already received a confirmation message from us, which you must then confirm.
Option 2: You can reset your password to gain access to passify. Follow the instructions below:
1. On the log-in page you will find the option “Reset password” under the password line. Click on this button.
2. Now you can enter a new password. Enter it a second time.
Important: The password must contain at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number and one special character (special characters are ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + \ | [ ] { } ; : / ? . >)
Important: The two passwords must match.
3. Confirm the password.
4. Enter the four-digit one-time password (OTP) that was sent to the e-mail address you used. Please make sure that you use the last OTP code that was sent to you.
5. Enter the OTP code.
