the installation.
The goal here is to maximise staff usage of URocked on the POS terminal, during the
customer transaction process: as the more tips staff receive, the more revenue Paynt
Partners receive.
Checklist for a During-Installation stage of URocked
During-Installation:
| At the installation, use an excited and energetic persona/attitude to encourage terminal + tipping usage. |
| Help, individually, install and sign up all staff members on the URocked mobile app on their mobile phones + add them to the team for the venue. |
| Leave your personal contact information, and reassure the owner/manager/staff that they can contact you directly if they experience problems, or have questions (typically the account manager will personally handle troubleshooting for the first month). |
