Demo of URocked to the merchant

The demo to your merchants of the URocked app on the PAX A920 POS terminal can

be done in 3 ways: in person, via video call, or by simply sending a video link of a

pre-recorded product demo. As a Partner, you can utilise the method that works best

for you.

Irrespective of which of the 3 demo methods you decide upon, the video demo is

what we will initially share with you now, to best show you the product.

Your PPAM will ensure that you and your sales team have a demo account set up,

and can put through demo payments on a PAX A920 POS terminal, if needed.

We have listed our recommendations for the most successful URocked product demos:

  • Familiarise yourself with the FAQs provided in the appendix, and available for download within intercom, to prepare for the most commonly asked questions that merchants have. (Link to UR FAQ Collecion here)

  • Demo to the staff, managers and owners, all at the same time if possible.

  • Reiterate the universal USPs and country-specific USPs.

  • Speak with confidence and authority regarding all of the information that Paynt has provided you: as we have thoroughly vetted this document - based on our own processes and experiences of selling URocked since 2023 throughout the EU and UK.

  • Reassure the merchant that you provide complete instructions and training for all staff to immediately begin using the terminal and accepting tips.

  • Reference the large number of merchants across Europe and the UK already using URocked.

  • Reiterate that existing merchants can sign up and have URocked pushed to their PAX A920 POS terminals ‘instantly’.
