How do I reset my password?
Use these steps to reset your Prolific password and log back into your Prolific account:
Visit the login page
Click 'forgot password?'
Enter the email address you signed up with and click 'continue'
Follow the steps provided on the password reset email
Wait 10 minutes before using your new password, our system might not recognize it right away
If you use saved passwords or autofill, update them with your new password tooI
I didn't receive a password reset email
Try these steps, in order:
Check your junk or spam folder
Search your inbox for no-reply@prolific.com
Check whether you've unsubscribed from Prolific emails, if you have, re-subscribe to all email categories, then request another reset email
Check with your email provider that your inbox is active, not full, and able to receive mail
Add no-reply@prolific.com as a safe sender, then request another reset email
