Self-service Account Deletion for Recipients

Learn how to delete your Parcel Tracker account as a recipient.

Recipients can now delete their accounts and data on our Web Platform without contacting support.

Notes: All deleted accounts will be permanently removed and cannot be restored after the set retention period.

  1. Click on your name at the bottom left corner of the screen

  2. Select Preferences

  3. Go to Privacy

  4. Click the Delete Account button. This pop-up window will show up; make sure to read the note thoroughly.

  5. Type "Delete my account and data" on the textbox and click on Yes, delete all my data to confirm the account deletion.
