📌 Overview

You can reset your password at any time—either from within the platform if you’re already logged in, or from the login page if you’ve forgotten your password.


🔍 Resetting Your Password from Within the Platform

  1. Click User Settings in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Change Password.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your password.


❓ Forgot Your Password?

If you’re unable to log in:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?

  2. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.


❗ Important

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may be able to log in through your Identity Provider (IdP) (for example, Azure AD or Okta).

If you need assistance, contact your account administrator.
