Setting up a practice subscription in OurMind is easy and can be done by one of the users themselves. This user automatically becomes the administrator of the practice account and can then add or remove other users, and set per person whether the OurMind Assistant is enabled or disabled. Setting up a practice subscription only takes a few minutes.
What does a practice subscription mean?
With a practice subscription, multiple users work within one shared account. There is one administrator who:
can add and remove users for OurMind
can enable or disable the OurMind Assistant per user
has an overview of the subscription and billing
Step-by-step: setting up a practice subscription
Step 1: Log in
The user who will become the administrator of the practice account logs in to OurMind via:
app.ourmind.ai
Step 2: Go to Billing and Plan
Go to Account Settings in the lower left corner and then choose Billing and Plan.
Select Yearly or Monthly
Then choose Practice Account
Step 3: Set users and payment
A new screen will appear where you:
select the desired number of users
enter the payment details
Complete the payment to activate the practice subscription.
Step 4: Organization settings appear
After a successful payment, return to your account settings.
After reloading the page, the option Organization Settings will now appear.
Step 5: Enter practice name and add users
In the organization settings, you can:
enter the name of the practice
invite other users by entering their email addresses
The start date of the practice subscription is automatically also the start date for all invited users.
When they click the link in the invitation email, they are immediately added to the practice subscription and do not need to set anything up themselves.
