Use the integration with a practice account
The integration only works with an OurMind practice account, which is already available starting from two users. The cost for a practice account is 33 euros per user per month with an annual subscription and 36 euros per user per month with a monthly subscription.
The cost of the integration is 33% extra per user per month. With the integration, an annual subscription costs 44 euros per user per month, and a monthly subscription 48 euros per user per month. The integration surcharge is only charged after the free trial period for users who wish to continue using the integrated version.
Converting subscriptions
When your practice wants to start with the Medicom integration and does not yet have a practice account, the current OurMind subscriptions (Lite, Pro or Ultimate) can be converted into a practice account. Any prepaid credit will be settled with the payment of the practice account.
Start with a trial period
For the Medicom integration, there is a 30-day trial period for the entire practice. The trial period starts upon activation of the practice account (or on the agreed start date) and runs simultaneously for all users. It is not possible to start a separate new trial period later for additional users.
After the trial period
After the 30-day trial period, the integration stops automatically. Therefore, please let us know in time if you wish to continue using the integration. This way, you avoid having to be re-registered with Medicom. Upon renewal, the integration remains available for the entire practice. After that, the costs are only charged for users who use the integration in a given month.
Note: using it once counts as usage for the current month.
Would you like to stop using the integrated version later and continue with the stand-alone version of OurMind? Please contact us by email with the end date, and we will deactivate the integration for your practice. The integration can be terminated as of the 8th of each month. It is important that you submit the termination before the 8th of each month to ensure that no additional costs are charged.
