Cancellation step by step:
When logged in to OurMind, click on the top right button. And go to your account settings. When you get there, you want to scrol down and look for the "change plan" button. Below you have an example of what this button should look like.
When you clicked on this button, the next page will appear. Choose the button which states your account. If you are unsure which one it should be, please look at the picture below.
On the next page you want to look for the "cancel subscription button." This button is located as the last possibility on your screen.
You will get the ability to write some final feedback for OurMind, and a reason for cancellation. Please take your time while filling this in, as your feedback is very usefull for OurMind. When you are done, you can click on the "confirm cancellation" button and your cancellation is done.
