How do I change my details in the app?

In the app, all your personal details are saved under 'Profile'. Go to 'My Details' to update your address, telephone number and to change or add vehicles.

If you need to change your e-mail address, please contact our support team via support@ospreycharging.co.uk who will be able to assist.

To update or change your payment details, use 'payment method'.

If an option to add a payment method doesn't appear, click your current payment method and you will see an option to 'change payment method'.

Follow the prompts on screen.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.
