Customers who use the Osprey app through the Firefox browser may incur an issue when logging in with Google.

To resolve this, go to settings in your Firefox browser, go to advanced settings and select 'Open links in-app' then change from Never to Always.

Now you can just return to the Osprey app and login with Google.
