Please ensure you are following the correct charging steps.

If you are following the correct steps and still having issues, here are some additional troubleshooting checks.
Osprey chargers take a pre-authorisation fee of £25 or £45 before a charge. Please check your payment method and sufficient funds.
Note that some chargers have two card readers - One for RFID cards and one for bank cards, please ensure you are presenting the correct card to the correct reader.
If you are paying via contactless, the contactless limit may have been exceeded and you will be required to enter your pin to authorise the payment.
Unfortunately this is not something that can be done at the terminal. Please log in to your online banking to re-set your contactless limit, or try another card.
