Hatch Card Game
To reward our app customers for charging with Osprey, we have introduced the "Hatch Card".

Customers who have a qualifying charge of 25kWh or more can play for the chance to win a prize of 5kWh, 10kWh or 20kWh redeemable on their next charging session.

​How do I play?
To qualify for the game, charge over 25 kWh via the Osprey app. The game will pop up in the app. Tap the eggs to reveal whether you have won.

You will need to be on version 2.1.1 or higher to be able to play the hatch card game.

Where can I see my prize?
If you win, you can find your prize under Plans and pricing on your Profile page in the app

How do I use the prize?
Don't worry, you don't have to do a thing. If you have won free kWhs, these will automatically be applied to your next charging session via the Osprey App

How long do I have to use the prize?

All prizes must be used within three months of winning otherwise they will automatically lapse and expire.
