There are two main required documents to verify your account, Proof of Identification and Proof of residence.
Proof of Identification:
This can either be your official ID or your passport
It is clear and readable
All four corners are visible
It is not expired
It is in color
Copies of both sides of the document are provided
Proof of Residence:
It can be a utility bill or a bank statement
It is clear and readable
All four corners are visible
It was issued within the last 3 months
Your full name and residential address are shown
It is in color

Please note that, If the submitted documents were in English, the verification of the profile will be completed within 24 hours from the time of the submission of the documents, while if the documents are in a different language, it may take up to, or more than 2 business days.
