📌 When should I provide this payment proof?

If you've made a deposit using Netbanking but the funds haven't been credited to your Olymptrade account, we'll ask you to provide a payment proof from your bank. This allows our team to verify your payment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

💰 What should your Netbanking payment proof include?

You can provide one of the following payment proofs:

Why was my payment proof rejected?

Your payment proof may be rejected if it doesn't include all the required information or doesn't match the payment used to make your deposit.

Common reasons include:

  • The payment proof was taken from the Olymptrade platform instead of your bank app.

  • The transaction date or time isn't visible.

  • The amount isn't visible.

  • The destination wallet isn't visible.

  • The transaction ID isn't visible (for transaction receipts).

  • The account number isn't visible (for SMS confirmations).

  • The payment proof is cropped, edited, or unclear.

💡 Before uploading your payment proof

Make sure that:

  • The payment proof was taken from your bank app.

  • All the required transaction details are clearly visible.

  • The payment proof is complete and hasn't been edited or cropped.

Providing the correct payment proof helps us process your request faster and reduce the waiting time for updates.
